Residential Garage Floor Coatings.

Industrial-grade polyaspartic and epoxy garage flooring engineered specifically for the extreme Texas heat. Say goodbye to hot tire pickup, peeling, and concrete stains permanently.

Why Generic Epoxy Fails in Texas.

Texas summers are brutal on concrete. When you drive your car into your garage on a 105-degree afternoon, your tires can exceed 130 degrees. If your garage floor is coated with a cheap DIY kit from a big-box store, that intense heat will cause the resin to melt and fuse with the rubber. When you reverse your car the next day, the epoxy peels right off the concrete. This is called 'Hot Tire Pickup'.

Furthermore, the expansive clay soils found across much of Texas retain massive amounts of moisture. This moisture pushes upward through the pores of your concrete slab—a process known as hydrostatic pressure. Without a specialized moisture vapor barrier, this pressure causes standard epoxy to blister and flake away in large chunks.

We don't use standard epoxy. We install high-performance, 100% solids polyaspartic coating systems that chemically bond to your concrete slab. It creates an impenetrable, flexible, and completely UV-stable surface that will never peel under hot tires.

Built for Daily Abuse

Our garage coating systems are designed to transform your space into a pristine, functional extension of your home.

100% UV Stable
Unlike traditional epoxy that ambers and yellows when exposed to sunlight pouring through an open garage door, our polyaspartic topcoats remain crystal clear for decades.
Chemical Resistant
Oil spills, brake fluid, battery acid, and road salts wipe away effortlessly. The non-porous surface blocks chemicals from staining the underlying concrete.
Slip Resistant
A wet garage floor can be dangerous. We fully broadcast vinyl flakes into the base coat, creating a subtle texture that provides excellent barefoot traction even when wet.
1-Day Installation
Because our advanced resins cure rapidly, most standard two-car residential garages in Texas are fully installed in just one day, minimizing disruption to your life.

Polyaspartic vs. DIY Kits

Don't throw money away on temporary paint. Invest in a structural upgrade.

DIY Garage Kits

Water-based epoxy applied with acid wash prep.

Highly susceptible to hot tire pickup.
Acid etching fails to open concrete pores properly.
Yellows rapidly when exposed to Texas UV rays.
Requires re-coating every 1 to 3 years.

Our Coating System

Industrial polyaspartic with diamond grinding prep.

100% immune to hot tires and vehicle weight.
Heavy diamond grinding guarantees a permanent bond.
Fully UV-stable and maintains a high-gloss finish.
Backed by a comprehensive lifetime warranty.

The Installation Process

A lifetime floor is 90% preparation. Here is how our crews execute a flawless garage installation.

01

Mechanical Diamond Grinding

We arrive with industrial planetary grinders hooked to HEPA vacuums. We grind the entire surface of your garage floor to remove old stains, sealers, and open the pores of the concrete for maximum adhesion.

02

Crack & Spall Repair

We route out all spider cracks, divots, and expansion joints. We fill them with a rapid-curing polyurea joint filler and grind them flush, completely restoring the structural integrity of the slab.

03

Base Coat & Flake Broadcast

We apply a deeply penetrating moisture-mitigating base coat. While it is still wet, we broadcast your chosen vinyl flake blend across the entire floor to full rejection, ensuring 100% coverage.

04

Clear Polyaspartic Topcoat

After scraping away the excess flakes, we flood the floor with a thick, clear polyaspartic topcoat. This locks the flakes in place, creates the slip-resistant texture, and provides extreme chemical resistance.

Garage Flooring FAQ

Common questions from Texas homeowners.

How long before I can drive my car on the new floor?
Because polyaspartic cures extremely fast, you can typically walk on the floor within 12-24 hours. We recommend waiting 48 to 72 hours before driving your heavy vehicles onto the surface to ensure a complete cure.
Do I need to clear out my garage before you arrive?
Yes, the garage must be completely clear of all items, boxes, and vehicles before our crew arrives. This allows us to begin the grinding process immediately and ensures your belongings aren't exposed to any ambient dust.
Can you coat the vertical stem walls in my garage?
Absolutely. We highly recommend coating the vertical concrete stem walls (the foundation edges around the perimeter of the garage) to create a seamless, bathtub-like seal that looks incredibly clean and finished.
My current floor has peeling paint. Can you fix it?
Yes. Our heavy planetary diamond grinders will aggressively strip away any failing epoxy, paint, or sealers down to the bare, raw concrete, giving us a perfect canvas to apply our permanent system.
